Maryanne McCue, nee Pfieffer, passed away peacefully at her home in New Egypt, NJ on September 19, 2024. Maryanne was 69, born in Trenton, NJ on December 2, 1954, to Joseph and Anne Pfieffer, both predeceased. She is survived by her loving husband of over 35 years, Michael McCue, and her daughter, Megan, along with her four siblings, Deborah, Joanne, Annette, and Joseph.

Maryanne graduated from Notre Dame High School and went on to work tirelessly for the state of New Jersey in the Division of Pension and Benefits within the New Jersey Treasury. After retirement, Maryanne worked as a personal secretary for retired Judge James Clyne for several years. An active member of her community, Maryanne regularly attended service at St. Isidore the Farmer in New Egypt and volunteered at Marty's Place Senior Dog Sanctuary in Allentown, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation services from 4-7pm on Tuesday, September 24th and from 4-7pm on Wednesday, September 25th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 South Main Street, Allentown, NJ 08501. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Thursday, September 26th at St. Isidore the Farmer, 28 Monmouth Rd., Wrightstown, NJ 08562. Interment will follow at the Assumption Cemetery, 76 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533. Flowers will be graciously accepted. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to Marty's Place Senior Dog Sanctuary ( www.martysplace.org ) or the Jersey Shore Rescue Mission ( www.jerseyshorerescue.org ).
