Obituary
Mary J. Schlauch, 88, of Whiting passed away peacefully on Monday, November 21, 2016 at her home. Born in Trenton, she spent 20 years in Florida before moving to Whiting, NJ. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW and enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, hunting for treasures at yard sales and traveling with her niece.
Daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Schwartz, she was predeceased in 2014 by her husband of 66 years Francis A. Schlauch. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Monday, November 28th from 6-8 pm at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 So. Main St. Allentown. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Popcorn Park Zoo, P.O. Box 43, Forked River, NJ 08731 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142
