Mary R. Pasch (nee Rette), 78, of Allentown, passed away Saturday, October 4th at her home. Born in Allentown, she was a lifetime area resident. Mary worked as a secretary for the NJ State Police and later retired as a coordinator of legal secretaries for the State of New Jersey Deputy Attorney Generals Office. She was a lifetime member of St. John's Church in Allentown and an avid reader. She loved her family who were very important to her.
Daughter of the late James and Julia Rette and wife of the late Frank J. Pasch, she was predeceased by her siblings, Rose Norman, Helen Pettee and Walter Rette; she is survived by her loving daughter, Francine Pasch of Allentown; a brother and sister-in-law, George and Charlotte Rette of Allentown; three sisters-in-law, Wendy Rette of Palm Coast, FL, Margaret Vinson of Phillipsburg, NJ and Leona Garrity of Easton, PA as well as many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am Wednesday at St. John's Church, 1282 Yardville Road. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening 5-8pm and again Wednesday morning from 9 to 9:30 am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.
