Obituary

Mary P. Giancola-Priori, 94, of Hamilton, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at the Arcadia Nursing and Rehab Center, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Pomona, New Jersey, in 1923, Mary was a resident of Pennington for 51 years before moving to Hamilton in 2009.

Mary was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who took great pride in taking care of her family. Prior to becoming a homemaker, she was employed at the General Motors plant in Ewing, assembling the Avenger aircraft that flew in WWII.
Mary enjoyed crossword and word search puzzles and never missed an opportunity to sit outside and enjoy a nice sunny day. But most of all she cherished time spent with her family. She will be deeply missed by all of us who knew and loved her.

Mary was predeceased by her husband, Victor Priori; her parents, Alfredo and Philomena Pelle Giancola; her siblings, Elsie Giordano, Mildred Pietruch, Vera Petitto, Angeline Ratcliffe, Rose Schillaci, Frank Giancola, and Sandy, Floyd, Henry and Joseph Genicola and her son-in-law, James A. Robinson. She is survived by her daughter, Lauren Robinson; her granddaughters, Kristen Robinson and husband, Bijan Toghiani, Lisa Robinson and fiancé, Joseph Giaquinto, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am on Friday, May 5th at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3710 East State Street Ext, Hamilton. A visitation with the family will be held at the Church from 10am until the time of service. Interment will be private at a later date. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Luke and the staff at Arcadia for the compassion and care they provided Mary over the past several years. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mary's memory to Kindred Gentiva Hospice, 242 Old New Brunswick Road, Suite 140, Piscataway, New Jersey 08854. Arrangements under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.
