Marvin M. Greco, 63, of Allentown, passed away Tuesday, March 02, 2010 at his home with his family by his side. Born in Rupert, ID, he was a resident of the Allentown area for many years. Marvin was a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Stonybrook University, NY. He worked in Information Technology for International Paper and, in semi-retirement, for Touch of Class Limo in Trenton. He served four years in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was volunteer EMT for the Allentown First Aid Squad and worked to establish and coached for the Allentown Soccer League for many years.

Son of the late McKay Greco, he is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Marie Greco (formally of Methuen, MA); his son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Jennifer Greco of Columbus; his daughter, Christina Greco of Allentown; his mother, Winifred Ovesen of Whiting; three grandsons, Joseph, Ryan and Thomas Greco; a brother, Jerry Greco of Twin Falls, ID; a sister, Margene Streich of Whiting; a half brother, Wesley Ovesen of Lancaster, PA and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank our dear friends, neighbors and co-workers for all the support and prayers throughout these difficult months. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (T.A.S.K.), P.O. Box 872, Trenton, NJ 08605, an organization Marv supported; or Compassionate Care Hospice, 833 Route 37 West, Suite 200, Toms River, NJ 08753 in thanks to the all the wonderful nurses and aides who came into his home and gave Marvin gentle and loving care.
