IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Mark D.
Wainwright
April 11, 1963 – March 12, 2026
Mark D. Wainwright, 62, passed away suddenly on March 12, 2026.
Born and raised on dairy farms in Mansfield and North Hanover Townships, Mark was a long-time resident of Williamstown, NJ. He was a graduate of Northern Burlington Regional High School and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Cook College at Rutgers University. Mark worked for the past six years as Branch Manager for GROWMARK FS in Bridgeton, New Jersey, following several years as Operations Manager for Lawn Connection in West Berlin, NJ.
Mark’s family was most important to him. He was a caring husband and father to two sons and two stepsons, and an uncle to three nieces and one nephew. He was a loving “Pop” to his grandsons, Maximilian and Frederick.
Mark will be remembered for his steady presence, strong work ethic, and deep commitment to those he loved. He took pride in his work and found his greatest joy in time spent with family, especially in the simple, everyday moments that meant the most.
Predeceased by his father, William H. Wainwright, Jr., and his son, Andrew, Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Diane Walsh; his mother, Janet L. Wainwright; his son, Brendan; his stepsons, Nicholas and Peter (Vanessa); his brothers, Dale (Lynn) and Scott (Donna); and their families.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, at 10:00 a.m. at the Chesterfield Baptist Church, 209 Matthews Lane, Chesterfield, NJ 08515, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. A reception at the church will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mark’s name to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or the Alliance of Hope for Suicide Loss Survivors.
Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown, NJ.
