Mark Messinger, 60, of Cream Ridge, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015 at his home. Born in Elizabeth, he was a longtime and beloved member of the New Egypt/Cream Ridge community. Mark, above all else loved his family, friends, and the family dog, Cali. Mark's true passion in life was fishing on his boat, the Dee Dee III where he spent countless hours with his closest friends and family.

Son of the late Frederick and Dolores Messinger he was predeceased by his brother, Frederick Messinger. Mark is survived by his three sons, Michael Messinger of Los Angeles, CA, Matthew Messinger and his fiancée, Julia Winters of Los Angeles, CA and Christopher Messinger of Cream Ridge; his former wife, Michelle Messinger of Cream Ridge, his sister, Nancy Ferioli of Millstone; a sister-in-law, Erma Messinger of New Egypt and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 6pm Friday, September 25th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown. Friends may call 3pm until the time of service. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, 1111 Stewart Avenue, Bethpage, NY 11714.
