Marilyn Saracen, 81, of Wrightstown, passed away Friday, June 3, 2022 at Deborah Heart and Lung in Browns Mills. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, she was a Registered Nurse for the Visiting Nurse Association of Middlesex.  Marilyn was a snowbird and enjoyed spending the winter in Florida and was an avid crafter and reader.  Most of all, Marilyn was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed being with her family.

Daughter of the late Marie and Christopher Doherty, she was predeceased by her husband, Ronald J. Saracen.  Marilyn is survived by her children, Ronald C. Saracen of Crystal River, FL, Richard Saracen and his wife Heather Bruno-Saracen, of Allentown, and Colleen Dalrymple of Beach Haven; her former son-in-law, Ronald Dalrymple; grandchildren, Jack and Justin Dalrymple, and Mark, Luke, and Ava Saracen; great granddaughter, Myla Rose; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Jim Russell; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Sara Jane Doherty; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, June 8 ^th from 9-10:30 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11am at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 1282 Yardville-Allentown Rd., Allentown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Marilyn's name to the Caitlin Russell Foundation, Inc for premature babies.  Donations may be mailed to 5 Banyon Ct., Jackson, NJ 08527.
