Marie A. Herbert, 90, of Upper Freehold Twp., passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Compassionate Care Hospice, Hamilton. Born and raised in Hopewell, she was a longtime Upper Freehold Twp. resident. Marie had a caring nature and was always willing to help both people and animals in need. She was a loving wife and mother and was dedicated to her family and the family farm.

Daughter of the late Harry and Myrtle Wilson, she was predeceased by her husband, Ellis F. Herbert and her son Thomas Herbert. Marie is survived by a daughter, Linda M. Herbert of CA; two sons and a daughter-in-law, James Herbert of Ohio and Kent Herbert and his wife Elizabeth Trimble of Upper Freehold Twp.; her grandson, Gilchrist Herbert; great granddaughter, Malaya as well as many nieces and nephews.
