Marcia Werth, 71, of Allentown, NJ, passed away at her home on Thursday, June 15, 2017. Daughter of the late Ida and Harry Burstein, she was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Ronald Werth, and is survived by her two sons, Andrew Werth of West Windsor and Ted Werth of Los Angeles, CA; and her sister, Rona Barrett, of Solvang, CA.


Born and raised in Astoria, NY, Marcia lived in New York City, Freehold, Westminster, CA and Teaneck before moving to Allentown in 2002. Marcia was a devoted wife and mother who began a career in broadcasting and market research before focusing on raising her two sons. She was a fan of Hollywood and Broadway musicals and loved to share her extensive knowledge of the personalities behind both.


A memorial service for Marcia will be held at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown, NJ on Monday, June 19, at 11:30am, with visitation from 10am-11:30am. Entombment will be private.
