Margaret Rose Szatkowski , 93, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023 at her home in Columbus with her family by her side. Born in Magnolia, NJ she had been a resident of Columbus most of her life. Margaret loved her job working as a merchandise cashier for Great Adventure which lasted 20 years. She was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church in Bordentown, loved her dogs, and enjoyed baking and decorating cakes. She will be deeply missed.

Predeceased by her parents George and Margaret Martin, she is survived by her beloved husband Richard Szatkowski, and her sister Rose Engelhardt, and her sons and daughters-in-law: Richard and Cynthia Szatkowski and George and Deann Szatkowski , and by her daughter, Margaret Reid and grandchildren: Brian and wife Chrissy , Timothy, Katherine, Rebecca and Daniel Szatkowski and Stephanie and husband Steven Kreiser and Anthony and wife Courtney Reid and by her Great granddaughter Layla Szatkowski.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Saturday, December 23,  at Mary, Mother of the Church, 45 Crosswicks St., Bordentown, NJ. Friends may call from 8:30 to 9:30 am at Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St. Bordentown. Interment will follow in Columbus Cemetery, Cherry Lane, Columbus, NJ.
