Margaret L. Register, 92, of Allentown, passed away Sunday, August 1,2021 at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Schenectady, NY she was an Allentown area resident for many years. Margaret was a graduate of Princeton H.S. and received her Associates Degree from Southern Seminary Jr College Buena Vista, VA. She was a member of the Allentown Villagers, the Red Hat Society, and the Watchung Chapter of the WBBCI Airstream Club. Margaret loved to travel and took her kids and, later in life, her grandkids, to many places across the country in the family Air Stream trailer. She enjoyed crafts such as knitting and crocheting, but most of all loved being a home maker and taking care of her grandchildren.

Daughter of the late Ralph and Louise Holmes, Margaret was predeceased by her husband Albert. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Kathleen Register of Hamilton: her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and William Morris of Cream Ridge; four grandchildren, Shelby and Mikayla Register of Hamilton, Ashley Morris of Cream Ridge and William Morris and his wife Francesca of North Arlington, as well as many other family and dear friends.

Memorial service will be held 12:30 pm Monday August 9 ^th pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. Friends may call Monday from 11 am until time of service at the funeral home.
