Madeline C. Kafer of Bordentown passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2019 after a brief illness. Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a lifelong resident of the area.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years, William J. Kafer. She is survived by their two sons and daughter-in-laws, Bruce and Denise Kafer of Sanibel Island FL and William D. and Mary Ann Kafer of Bordentown, and five grandchildren, Jennifer Carbone, Amanda, William J. and his wife Deanna, Brian, and Michelle Kafer.

Madeline enjoyed crafting and crocheting. She also enjoyed watching Westerns and going to the casino. When home, she liked to spend time with her rescue dog, Duke.

Graveside service will be private at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.  Arrangements under the direction of the Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown.
