Louis Tufano, 73, of East Windsor, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family. Born in Queens, NY, he resided in Upper Freehold Twp. for many years and worked at Allentown Nursery until his retirement. Louis loved nature and being outdoors. He loved going camping and taking his family on a camping trip every year. He also enjoyed crabbing, BBQing and all sports and was an avid Raiders and Dodgers fan. He had a deep love for his dogs and was never far from one of his furry companions over the years, Penny, Heidi, and Luna.

Son of the late Pasquale and Mary Tufano, he was predeceased by his brother, Pasquale Tufano, Jr., his aunt Lena, his father-in-law, Charles Smentkowski and by his brother-in-law, Steven Smentkowski. Louis is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sharon Ann Tufano; his children and their spouses, Louis Anthony Jr. and Megan Ann Tufano, Valerie Marie and Felix Gutierrez, LenaMarie and Patrick Dapolito, and Michael Anthony Tufano; his grandchildren, Marilyn, JaylinMay, Liliana, Liam, Luca, Juliana, and Mateo; his brother, Raymond Tufano, his loving mother-in-law, Patricia Smentkowski, as well as many other family members.

A visitation with the family will be held Saturday, July 12th from 11-1pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown, NJ. A memorial service will begin at 1pm at the funeral home.
