Lottie R. Karwowski, 91, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ. Born in Linden, NJ she had lived in Bordentown Township for the last 60 years. During WWII Lottie was part of the "Rosie the Riveter" movement and had worked for General Motors of Linden, assembling airplanes and also for Singer, soldering airplane parts. She later worked for Bamberger's in Newark, but will always be remembered by many for the years she worked as a cafeteria aide in Clara Barton School. Lottie was a member of St. Mary's Church of Bordentown and its Altar Rosary Society.
Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Anna Falkowski, her son, Michael Karwowski and her grandchildren, Martin and Brian Friedrich, she is survived by her four children: Cecilia Friedrich, Stanley Karwowski, Theresa Goeke and Thomas Karwowski, her grandchildren: Jennifer Borcsik, Joel, Crystal and Thomas James Karwowski, Austin and Alexis Goeke, Savana and Brooke Karwowski, her great grandchildren: Parker, Harrison and Spencer Borcsik, Dominic Karwowski and her dear sister, Helen Stanislawcyzk.
Funeral Services will be 12 pm Wednesday, December 30 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ, Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bordentown Township. Family and friends may call Wednesday morning 11 am until time of service at the funeral home.
