Lois P. Yaple, 77, passed away Friday, April 4, at her home with her family by her side. Born in Pt. Pleasant, NJ, she had resided in Hamilton Township most of her life with the last ten years in Cream Ridge, NJ. She retired in 1988, as a legal secretary for the Attorney General's Office for the State of NJ. Lois was a past president of the Hamilton Township Historical Society, was an active volunteer worker with various organizations, and was a member of the Ellisdale Methodist Church.

Daughter of the late Harold and Hazel Pratt, she is survived by her husband of 59 years Frederick O. Yaple, a son Mark Yaple (Patricia) of West Trenton, two daughters Nancy Marino (Richard) of Bordentown and Robin Meyers (Raymond) of Pacific Palisades, CA. and four grandchildren, Randy and Christopher Yaple, Stephanie Marino and Ethan Meyers

In keeping with Lois' wishes, services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown, NJ.
