Obituary

Linda G. Marsh, 81, of Cream Ridge, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026 surrounded by her family. Born in Trenton, she resided in Cream Ridge for most of her life. Linda retired from Allentown/Upper Freehold School District where she made an impact on many children over the nearly 30 years that she worked there. She loved singing, sailing, and flying with her husband Dave who was a private pilot. Above all, Linda loved her family deeply and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.

Daughter of the late Ernest F. and Marian Gaum, Linda is now reunited with the love of her life, David F. Marsh who predeceased her in 2006. She was also predeceased by her brother, Ryan R. Gaum and her beloved niece, Briana Rose Gaum. Linda is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Danalyn and Timothy Byrne of Cream Ridge; her granddaughters who she adored, Carly Ryan and Kaci Rose; her niece and great niece who she loved dearly, Shannon Ryan Rahsan and her daughter Neva Rose; stepson, Steven Marsh of MO; sister-in-law and close friend, Sandy Gaum; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Sheryl Gaum; grandchildren, Pam, Sheri, Brett, and Justin; nieces and nephews, Todd Gaum and his wife Sue and Julie Gaum, her former daughter-in-law, Cindy Wilson; as well as many close family friends.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, February 18th from 2-4pm and again from 6-8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be in Linda’s name to Briana Rose Gaum Scholarship Fund. Donations may be left at the funeral home or sent by mail to:
