Lillian Wainwright, 77, of Florence Township, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014 with her daughter and son-in-law at her side. Born in Allentown, NJ, she was a resident of the area all of her life. She had a long career as a secretary working for numerous companies including Monsanto in Yardville and Computer Sciences Corporation in Moorestown before her retirement in 2002. Lillian was a long-time and devoted member of the Hedding United Methodist Church and the Bordentown Chapter #287 O.E.S.

Daughter of the late Stanley and Anna Fors, sister of the late Gladys Schaefle and beloved wife of 54 years to the late Theodore D. Wainwright, she is survived by her daughter: Joan Wainwright and her husband Jerome LeBlond of Baltimore, MD, her brother: Stanley Fors and his wife Mary of Clearwater, FL, and numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews, as well as a large circle of friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, February 19 at the Hedding United Methodist Church, 2289 Old York Rd., Hedding, NJ. Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown and again Wednesday morning at 10 am until time of service at the church.
