Leonard John Stiles, 83, of Venice, Florida passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020. Born in Jersey City, NJ to the late Daniel Stiles and Margaret Leach, Len graduated from Sayreville High School in 1957. He then enlisted in the US Navy serving two years in the Mediterranean Sea on the USS Fremont.

Len retired from Jersey Central Power and Light Company after 32 years where he worked as a lineman and a layout technician. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Venice, Fl. Len's passions included golf and the New York Giants. As a season ticket holder for 50 years, he enjoyed going to many games with his brother and their children. Len and his wife, Barbara, also liked to travel and enjoyed many trips to Europe, the Caribbean, and Alaska.

Predeceased by his brother, Daniel; Len is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Barbara; his son, John Stiles of Virginia, and his daughter, Patricia Hils of Bridgewater, NJ. Len is also survived by two stepsons, Greg Tornquist of Yardley, PA and Gary Tornquist of Hamilton, NJ; his beloved seven grandchildren and one great grandson as well as several nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 18 ^th from 12:30-1:30pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow at 2pm in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown.
