Leon Milton Walton, Jr., 76, of Hamilton, passed away Saturday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton. Born in Imlaystown, Leon was a longtime resident of Asbury Park before recently moving to Hamilton. Leon was a US Navy Veteran.

Son of the late Leon M. and Ruth Walton and brother of the late Phyllis Reynolds, he is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Betty Walton of Mercerville; a sister, Barbara Gratton of Trenton; four nieces and their families, Diane Spislander, Donna Ortutay, Jane McCarter and Faith Del Pozo as well as many great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday 1pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. Friends may call Thursday 12pm until the time of service.
