Larry R. Efaw, 79, of Allentown, passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Hamilton. Born in Waynesburg, PA, he was a US Navy Veteran and retired as a Transmitter Engineer from NJ Network after many years of dedicated service to the station. He frequented many stock car races and was involved with a NASCAR pit crew.

Son of the late Harry and Wilma Efaw, he was predeceased by his brother, Robert. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Helen Efaw; his two sons, Mark R. Efaw of Cookstown and Robert Efaw of Allentown; two sisters Patty Meyers and Lynn Efaw as well as several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements made under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.
