Krystyna Bieracka Olejnik, 63 of Roosevelt, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014 at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, NJ. Born in Krakow, Poland, she moved to the United States in 1976. Krystyna was the certified municipal clerk for the Borough of Roosevelt. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed entertaining family and friends. Travel, skiing and cycling were some of the things she enjoyed with her husband. She was an animal lover and had two cats that she rescued from animal shelters. Above all, Krystyna was a devoted daughter and loving wife.

Daughter of the late Tadeusz Bieracki, she is survived by her husband, Thomas Olejnik; her mother, Janina Bak; sister, Malgosia Sondej, brother-in-law, Stanislaw Sondej; nephew and niece, Dr.Tomasz Sondej and Agnieszka Sondej; mother-in-law, Kazimera Olejnik, sister-in-law, Barbara Olejnik and her husband, Ronald Rabideau.

A visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, April 10th from 6-8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown, NJ. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated 11am on Saturday, April 12th at Saint Joseph's Polish Church, 1010 Liberty Street, Camden, NJ.
