Kenneth R. Kleinfelter, 64, passed away suddenly at his home on Monday, February 16, 2026. Born and raised in Lawrenceville, NJ he was a resident of Chesterfield, NJ. He received his BA degree in Chemistry with a minor in economics at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Ill. and an MBA at Rider University in Lawrenceville. Ken worked as a consultant for Elite Gas Systems LLC. One highlight of his professional career was to be part of the design team for cars using hydrogen fuel cell powered technology for the NJ Department of Transportation known as the Venturer and Genesis.

He was an avid baseball fan and devoted season ticket holder of the Trenton Thunder and traveled to many of their away games. Ken organized car trips to Thunder away games with other season ticket holders. He was also the keeper of Bus Bingo. Ken was a passionate ocean cruiser, enjoyed his RV and loved trivia. He was generous to a fault, was the neighborhood handyman, enjoyed barbecuing, quiet nights in the backyard, gardening, supporting his wife’s hobby of owning horses and was especially proud of his German heritage.

Predeceased by his parents Karl and Arlene Kleinfelter, he is survived by his beloved wife of almost 35 years Nadine Kleinfelter.

A gathering with the family will be held Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm and again on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ.
