Katie Daly Sapia, 39, of Allentown, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024 at RWJ Hospital in Hamilton. Born in Voorhees, she grew up in Barrington and was a graduate of Haddon Heights High School. Katie attended Stockton University and worked for many years as a waitress at the Station House Café in Haddon Heights, a restaurant that was a local favorite and was owned and ran by her mother. Katie enjoyed listening to country music and loved her home and community in Allentown. She also loved watching her children play baseball and soccer and took great care of her husband's retired police K-9, Hunter. Above all, Katie loved her family, especially her three children who meant the world to her.
Daughter of the late Patti Daly Sharp; Katie is survived by her husband, Jim Sapia; her daughter, Makayla Pittman; her sons, Jaxson and Mason Sapia; her father, Frank Sharp and his girlfriend Beverly; her sisters and brother-in-law, Samantha Sharp and Courtney and Paul Porado; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, James and Joanne Sapia; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Sean and Ashley Sapia; her nephew, Oliver Porado as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A viewing open to all family and friends will be held 6-9pm on Thursday, October 17th at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 So Main St. Allentown. Funeral service will be private.
