Karen Roche Odenheimer, 68, of Monroe Township, died peacefully on Saturday, November 5, 2016. Born and raised in Jersey City, she was a 35 year resident of Robbinsville prior to moving to Monroe Township 2 years ago. Having received a heart transplant over 8 years ago, Karen had an appreciation for life few others ever experience. She recognized every day was a gift and treated it as such.

Daughter of the late Richard R. and Eleanor Roche, Karen is survived by her beloved husband of 45 years, Joe Odenheimer; her three children, Kelly Odenheimer and her husband Eric, Joseph Odenheimer and his wife Aprile and Mark Odenheimer and his wife Erica; her brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Kate Roche and the joys of her life, her grandchildren, Ripley, Kennedy, Abby, Alex and Madison, who's birth she missed by 2 days. She was an amazing friend to so many and will be deeply missed by all.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 am Friday, November 11th at St. John the Baptist RC Church, 1282 Yardville-Allentown Rd, Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow in Princeton Memorial Park, Robbinsville. Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 9pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St, Allentown, NJ.
