Julio J. Lugo, Jr, 60, of East Windsor, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 28, 2023 at his home. Born in Manhattan, NY, he was a graduate of Baruch College in New York. Julio worked for BNY Mellon for many years and currently worked for Advisor Shares in Bethesda, MD. He loved to play golf and enjoyed all the time he spent with his golfing buddies at Peddie School Golf Club. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the NY Mets and Jets. Julio loved to cook, go on vacations to LBI and take trips to Puerto Rico, where his grandparents were from. Above all, his greatest love was his family and supporting his sons with their sporting endeavors, as a coach for their little league teams and later as Jonathan pursued baseball and Connor, football.
Son of the late Julio J. Lugo, Sr., he is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Ann Nahaczewski; his sons, Jonathan Lugo of Ellicott City, MD, and Connor Lugo of Salisbury, MD; his mother, Emma Lugo of High Point, NC; sister, Vivian and Jim Caruolo of North Kingstown, RI; brother, Richard and Linda Lugo of High Point, NC, his beloved dog, Tessa, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A visitation with the family will be held Thursday, August 31st from 3-8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown, NJ. Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 1st at 10:30am at the funeral home.
