Josephine "Jo" Loncosky passed away at the age of 86 on Friday, March 18, 2016. Jo was an Administrative Assistant in the Administrative Office of the Courts for 26 years and retired in 1993. She was active in the community, serving as 1st Director of the Villagers of Allentown and a member of the St. John's 50+ Club. An avid reader, she was also a freelance writer and was published in the National Library of Poetry. She enjoyed music, the New York Ballet and trips to Atlantic City. Her love of travel, especially cruise, was surpassed only by her love of family and grandchildren.


Predeceased by her husband Jerome Loncosky, she is survived by her daughter, Carol and husband Chet Lawrence Jr.; son, Roddy Loncosky and wife Lynne; daughter, Janet and husband Izzy Padilla; grandchildren, Craig and Caitlin Lawrence, Christine and husband Richard Stubbs, Jr., Bruce Loncosky and his fiancee, Corinne Hagner, Tony Loncosky, Steve Loncosky and wife Pauline, Brian, Vinny and Nicky Sica; sister, Phyllis Donato; niece, Nancy and her son Billy.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11am on Tuesday March 29th at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Allentown.
