Josephine T. Burkert "Terry", 69, of Allentown, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at her home. Born in Jersey City New Jersey, Terry loved camping, traveling with her husband, Bob, NASCAR, her "fur babies" and her beloved friends and family.

Daughter of the late Martin T. Monroe and sister of the late Marty Monroe, she was predeceased in December by her husband of almost 50 years, Robert F. Burkert. Terry is survived by her mother, Josephine Monroe; her brothers, Patrick, Michael and Robert Monroe; her special niece, Shannon Monroe Walton, as well as many other nieces and nephews, cousins and her very special friends, Jay and Norma Davidson, Joann and Tommy Wyckoff.

Cremation will be private with burial in Highland Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her mother, Josephine Monroe to be transferred to numerous charities close to Terry's given heart.
