Joseph Maisto , 72, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly Township, NJ. Born in Trenton, he was a resident of Columbus for the last 21 years. Joseph retired from the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 9 in Manalapan. He was a member of the Bordentown Elks Lodge #2085 and was active on the Crippled Children's Committee.

Predeceased by his parents, Othello and Emilia Maisto, he is survived by his beloved wife: Danielle Maisto, his daughter and son-in-law: Jude Martin-Cianfano and her husband Arthur of Pennington. His sisters and brothers-in-law: Rose and Carl Boyd of Prescott, AZ and Bridget and Ronald Kutz of Columbus, NJ. His brother and sister-in-law: Steven and Laura Maisto of San Antonio, TX. His grandchildren: Kelly, AJ and Tim Cianfano and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am Saturday, January 15 at Mary, Mother of the Church, 45 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. A viewing with the family will be held Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Inurnment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
