John ""Jack"" Ferdinand Sisson, 72, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2010 at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton. Born in Yardley, PA, he had resided in Yardville before moving to Allentown 40 years ago. He was a graduate of Hamilton High School West and was the photographer for the school yearbook his senior year. Jack was a self employed painting contractor for over 40 years and was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Trenton.
Son of the late Bernard and Laura Sisson, he is survived by his wife of 38 years, Mary Ann (Gerath) Sisson, two daughters and a son-in-law; Dr. Stacy and Dr. Allan Spagnardi of Atlanta, GA and Jacqueline Sisson of Allentown, his son; Jon Sisson of Jackson. Two Aunts, Thelma Cuccinotta of Yardville and Verna Andersen of Florida, eight cousins; George, Ted, Richard and Ralph Walker, Michael and Marc Cuccinotta, Fred Petty, Kaye Norcia and a dear friend Charles Sanderson and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday 10 am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, NJ. Officiating will be Pastors Art Randall, Harry Walker and Robert Comisky. Interment will follow in North Crosswicks Cemetery, Hamilton Twp. Friends may call Tuesday evening 6:30 to 9 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jacks name to the Hightstown Seventh-day Adventist Church, 116 Broad St., Hightstown, NJ 08520.
