John P. Scozzari, 82, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 at home, with his family by his side. Born in Trenton, he had resided in Bordentown Township for the last 23 years and worked as a Chief Title Officer for Valley National Bank in Paramus, NJ. Although he enjoyed his work, his family was very important to him and he will be deeply missed.

Predeceased by his parents Paul and Emma Scozzari and his step granddaughter, Lisa Diveley, he is survived by his beloved son, J. Richard Scozzari and his wife Nancy of Southampton, NJ and his beloved daughter, Allison Podell and her husband Bill of Roswell, GA., his sister Dorothy Martin of Ewing, three grandchildren, Jourdan, McKensie and Carson Podell, two step grandchildren, Jason Diveley and his wife Vanessa and Tommy Diveley and his wife Brandy, three step great-grandchildren, Mikayla, Sarah and Christian and his nephew, Colonel and Joan Martin of Hamilton Twp.

Funeral services will be 12 pm Tuesday, November 17 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown, NJ. Entombment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton Township. Family and friends may call Tuesday morning from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
