John Sadlon, Jr., 92, of Monroe Township, passed away Friday, March 18, 2011 at The Elms of Cranbury.  Born in Newark, he was a lifetime area resident.  Mr. Sadlon retired from the Daily Racing Forum in Hightstown.  He also owned Sadlon's Nursery where he worked many hours in the greenhouse.  Mr. Sadlon loved the outdoors and farming.

Predeceased by his wife, Mary Sadlon, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Janice Sadlon of Allentown; a brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Judy Sadlon of PA; a sister Eleanor Yureko of NC; his grandchildren, Jodi and Bob Fine and Jim and Kristen Sadlon; great grandchildren, Bobby, Becky, Bradley and Betty Fine and Michael, Emily and Adam Sadlon as well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 11am on Wednesday, March 23 ^rd at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  Interment will follow in Princeton Memorial Park.  Friends may call Wednesday from 10am until the time of service at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 79 One Mile Rd.
