John Inverso Jr., 87, of Chesterfield, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Born in Trenton, he was a resident of Chesterfield Township for most of his life. A United States Army National Guard veteran, John was employed at Jim Johnson Tire Center where he specialized in repairing tires on large trucks in the field—a position he held with considerable pride. Following this job, he went to work for Northern Burlington Regional School District, retiring in 2004.

John enjoying mowing the lawn and taking care of his yard and when he had free time you would find him watching a western on tv.

Son of the late Clara and John Inverso Sr., he was predeceased by his wife, Ada and by two children, his daughter Robin and his son John III. John is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce Inverso, Janet and Donald Lucas, and Jennifer and Roger Weltner; his girlfriend, Karen Wassall and nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Cremation services will be private under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.
