John A. Coleman , 70 passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 28,2022 at his home in Bordentown City. Born in Trenton he was a resident of the area his entire life. John worked and retired from the New Jersey, Department of Health. He was an accomplished tennis player where he was a ranked member. He enjoyed fishing and loved both sports but not as much as his two dogs Buddy and Buster.

Predeceased by his parents the late Gladys (Alexander) Coleman and John T Coleman Sr., his grandmother, Alberta Coleman (Nannie), Gloria Jean (Bankhead) Coleman, Pamela Bankhead and Gladys Renee Hayes.

John is survived by his siblings:
Karen Coleman (Conover), Darryl Bankhead, Leslie Coleman (Ellis), Lisa Coleman (Tucker)and John T. Coleman Jr. and his daughters: Autumn Webb (Jungbluth),  Eboni Webb (Fields).

He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins along with his very special friend Rosemary Bernardo and best friend Joe Avanzato

A memorial service will be held 8 pm Friday, January 6, at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St. Bordentown, NJ. A gathering to celebrate his life will be from 6 pm until time of service.
