Jerry P. Rosania, 88, passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 at the VA Medical Center in East Orange, NJ. Born and raised in Newark, NJ, Jerry was Marine Veteran of WWII who began working selling fruits and vegetables from a cart with his father in Newark. Upon returning from the war, he opened his own produce stand. He later owned and operated a dry cleaning/tailor shop and then a men's clothing store, ""The Rosani Shop"", both located in Newark. He eventually moved his store to Bloomfield. In the 1970's he moved to Las Vegas and returned to NJ in 2007.

Father of the late Gerald Rosania, he is survived by his beloved daughter, Gina Capizola, 4 sons; Robert, Kenny, Mark and Anthony Rosania, a sister, brother, two stepsisters, 16 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 1 pm Monday, September 23 ^rd at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 350 Province Line Road, Wrightstown, NJ. Family and friends may call Monday morning 11am to 12:30pm at Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St, Allentown, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Paralyzed Veterans of America, 20 Washington Place, Room 433, Newark, NJ 07102.
