Obituary

Jerold Dudley Waters-Prather was born December 12,1971 in Elizabeth, NJ. Son of the late Jerold D. Waters and Constance D. Prather. Jerold, better known by family and friends as Chillie was known for being the life of the party always dancing and enjoying his time with family.

Jerold resided in Bordentown, NJ for majority of his life. He attended Trenton Catholic Academy (formerly McCorristin High School) and later transferred to Bordentown Regional High School.

In 2014, Jerold furthered his self owned business in food service by opening a food stand, Allencia's Italian Sausage and Grill named after his late sister and was one of his significant achievements. Jerold enjoyed serving customers and making their day with friendly greetings and comforting food. He took pride in having this business and the unexpected growth that he experienced from the amount of customers that he received. New and returning customers enjoyed the warm welcomes and excellent food service on a daily basis.

In Jerold's leisure time he would spend time with his fiancé enjoying new scenery. He also found enjoyment in dog breeding, collecting cars and mostly entertainment including dancing and playing the drums. Jerold found an extreme interest in entertainment early on in life as a young boy and his interest grew throughout the years.

Jerold is survived by his children, Mariah Allencia Cornish (Dennis Sr.) of Eastampton, NJ and Jarius Prather of Trenton, NJ. His sister Allencia Prather (deceased), brother Reginald Prather of Trenton, NJ, Karadina Prather (deceased), Constana Delana Prather (deceased), Jeretha Prather of Bordentown, NJ and Towana Lynn Jones (Cedric) of Mobile, AL.
