Jeanne Franzo, 101, of Sunrise, FL, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was a graduate of Franklin K. Lane High School in Brooklyn. Jeanne and her husband, Anthony, moved to Hightstown, NJ in 1962. They raised their family and resided there until they retired to Florida in 1988. A Women Ordinance Worker (W.O.W.) during WWII, she was an excellent cook and loved animals and flowers. Above all, Jeanne was devoted to her family. She loved being a mother and her favorite times were spent with family.

Daughter of the late Minnie and Edwin L. Ley, she was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Anthony J. Franzo and by her brother, Edwin L. Ley, Jr. Jeanne is survived by her children and their spouses, Rick (Heidi) Franzo of Hightstown, Toni (Lee) Micai of New Egypt, Laurie Franzo of Hellertown, PA, and Tim Franzo of Sunrise, FL; her grandchildren, Erik, Ryan, Jeremy, Chris and Jenipher and her great grandchildren, Riley, Aria, Noah, Chloe, and Violette.

A viewing will be held Monday, December 30th from 12-1:30pm with the service to begin at 1:30pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, NJ. Interment will follow in Princeton Memorial Park, Robbinsville.
