Jean E. Wheeler, 75, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009, at Virtua Memorial Hospital at Burlington. Born in Fieldsboro, she was a lifetime area resident. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, cooking and gardening.

Daughter of the late Lloyd and Thelma Stanton and sister of the late Charles and John Stanton, she is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard Wheeler, her brother, William D. Stanton of Fieldsboro, many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and a life long friend, Janet Woodward.

Funeral Services will be 11 am Monday, June 22, 2009 at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery. Friends may call Monday morning 9:30 am until time of service at the funeral home.
