Janine Brennan

Janine Brennan, 56, of Cream Ridge, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2026. Born in Bricktown, New Jersey, she and her husband Patrick moved to Cream Ridge in 2004, where they built a home and started their married life together. Janine earned her associate’s degree from Brookdale Community College and later graduated Summa Cum Laude from Monmouth University. She worked at several companies over the years, including The Law Offices of Stephen E. Gertler where she met her husband, McGraw Hill, and most recently New Jersey Resources (NJR) from which she retired.

Janine had a passion for motorcycles and cars, especially her 68 Firebird. She loved dogs and they were always an important part of her life.

Janine is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Patrick S. Brennan; sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Michael Lakatos and her nephew Michael Lakatos; her mother-in-law, Margaret Spahr Brennan; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Kevin R. and Cecilia Brennan, Frank J. and Beth Brennan, Timothy M. and Natasha Brennan, and her nieces and nephews, Ceili, Kevin, Michael and his wife Kate, Meghan and her husband Ryan, Timothy, Paul, Oleg, and her great niece and nephews, Willa James Brennan, Jude Henry Brennan, and Miles Brennan Walsh.

A visitation with the family will be held Thursday, June 11th from 6-8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, NJ.
