Janet M. Volpe, 80, of Allentown passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Capital Health Systems in Hopewell. Born in Allentown, she was a lifetime resident. Janet worked in food services for Allentown, Robbinsville and Hamilton School Districts and was a lifetime member of St. John the Baptist RC Church where she was member of the Altar Rosary Society. She enjoyed crafting and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Daughter of the late James and Marie Cummings, she is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Anthony M. Volpe; her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Robert J. Donoher, her grandsons, Patrick Donoher and his wife, Elizabeth Hansen, Rian Donoher and his wife Amanda and Kyle Donoher and his fiancée, Jessica Lippincott; her great granddaughter, Rileigh Donoher as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Monday, March 29 ^th at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 1282 Yardville-Allentown Rd., Allentown. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. A viewing will be held Sunday from 5-8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.
