James T. Ward 92, of Allentown, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2015 at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. Born in Trenton, he was a lifetime Allentown resident. A graduate of Allentown High School, James worked at Stauffer Chemical in Trenton and later retired from Kalex in Yardville as a Quality Control Supervisor. A member of St. John's Church in Allentown, he was a hard worker who was devoted to his family.

Son of the late Thomas and Viola Ward, he was predeceased in January by his wife of 68 years, Joan T. Ward. James is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Linda Ward; his daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Dr. Chester Sigafoos; his grandchildren, Sandra and Harry Cochran, Jennifer and John Lemanski and Amy Ward and his great granddaughters, Ashleigh and Katharyn Lemanksi.

Funeral service will be held 10 am on Thursday, August 20th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will follow in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold. Friends may call Thursday from 9 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
