Jacqueline Ada Bowker, 76, passed away suddenly at her home, on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. Born in Bordentown she was a resident of the community all of her life.
Jacqueline was a quiet, gentle soul who loved her extended family and never had a bad word to say about anyone. Her favorite pastime was taking care of her cockatiel and doing arts and crafts. She took great pleasure in giving the things she made to her family and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Ada and Raymond Bowker, she is survived by her sisters, Mae Hamilton, Shirley Brown and Janet Pigott and many nieces and nephews.
A Special thanks to all the members of the Bordentown Senior Citizens who looked out for her, especially Polly and Bonnie, as well as the congregation of the First Presbyterian Church, of which she was a life-long member.
Funeral Services will be 11 am Monday, December 5 at the First Presbyterian Church, 420 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown, NJ 08505. Family and friends may call Monday morning from 9 am until time of service at the church. Interment will follow in Bordentown cemetery, Bordentown Township. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jackie's name to the church at the address above. Arrangements are under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Bordentown
