Ivy E. Freeth, 82, of Chesterfield passed away Monday, July 25, 2011 at her home with her family by her side. Born in Black Lake, England, she had had lived in Berrien Springs and Plymouth, MI. before moving to Chesterfield 13 years ago. She had worked as a nurse aid and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Robbinsville. She enjoyed knitting, reading and crossword/word search games. Ivy was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be sadly missed.
Wife of the late Geoffrey R. Freeth, she is survived by her daughter Melanie Freeth of Chesterfield, two sons, Robin Freeth of Muskegon, MI and Kerry Freeth and his wife Gerafe of Ypsilanti, MI, two grandchildren, Andrew and Anthony Freeth and a great-granddaughter, Aislen Ivy Freeth.
Memorial Services will be celebrated 4 PM Sunday, July 31 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2314 Route 33, Robbinsville, NJ. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Meadow View Junior Academy, 241 Bordentown-Chesterfield Road, Chesterfield, NJ 08515.
