Howard L. Cramer , 73, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at his home in Bordentown Township. Born in Baltimore, MD, he had lived most of his life in the Trenton-Bordentown area. Howard also resided in Defiance, OH for 11 years. He was a Navy veteran and was a retired electrician for General Motors of Ewing and of Defiance, OH. Howard also worked for Trane and Aluminum Shapes of Pennsauken. He was an avid bowler and bowled for the Hamilton Seniors and the Slocum's League of Ewing. He was a fan of the Yankees, Cowboys, and Flyers and was a real animal lover – known around his community as the "dog whisperer" Howard greeted every dog that passed with treats and love. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Predeceased by his mother, Laura Cramer, he is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years Joan Cramer, his sons: Howard L. Cramer, III and Thomas Cramer (Amanda) and his daughter: Gina Llanos Cramer (Carolina). Four sisters: Laura Brower, Peggy Wylie (Pat), Linda Boyle and Wanda Salamacha (Ted). Five grandchildren: Jakob, Thomas, Nicholas, Haleigh and Jaden. One great-granddaughter: Kaia. As well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and several grand-puppies who will greatly miss his affection and treats.
A viewing with the family will be held Tuesday, September 6 from 10 to 11:30 am at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St, Bordentown, NJ. Funeral Services will be at 11:30 followed by Navy Honors. Interment will be private.
