Henry ""Hank"" F. Seip Sr., 71, passed away peacefully Tuesday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton with his family by his side. Born and raised in Hightstown, Hank had spent his entire life living and working in the area. He was a Fleet Manager for Decker's Dairy, then opened and operated Hank's Garage Inc He retired in 1986 to the family farm, H & J Nurseries.
A life-long member of St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church and an active member of Old York Gunning club for over 40 years, Mr. Seip was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his family and friends.
Son of the late Philip Sr. and Julia Seip, he is survived by is loving wife of over 51 years, Joan; two sons, Henry Jr. (Gina) Seip of Allentown, Stephen (Michele) Seip of Howell; a daughter, Mary Beth (Marty) Sudol of Millstone Twp.; a brother, Philip Jr. (Susan) Seip; five grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, and Nicole Seip of Allentown, and Courtney and Daniel Sudol of Millstone Twp., as well as many nieces and nephews
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, 10:30 am, at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 156 Maxwell Ave., Hightstown. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery in Allentown. Friends may call Monday 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 9 pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main Street, Allentown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Hank's name to the Deborah Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 820, Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
