Helen F. Taylor, 81 of Allentown, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital at Hamilton.  Born in Trenton, she was a lifetime resident of Allentown.  Helen worked for the Borough of Allentown for 26 years.  She was a member of the Allentown First Aid Squad Ladies Auxiliary. Above all, Helen was devoted to her family and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Daughter of the late Fredrick and Helen Johnson, she was predeceased by her loving husband of 55 years, Allen M. Taylor, Jr.  Helen is survived by her children, Helen Margaret Taylor and Fred and Holly Taylor; her granddaughter and apple of her eye, Charlize L. Taylor; her sister, Mary Johnson Dancer as well as many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A viewing will be held Monday, October 23rd from 6-8pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.  Funeral Services will be held 9am on Tuesday, October 24th at the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Allentown.
