Helen Stella Gola, 87 of Bordentown, passed away Friday, August 9, 2013 at Community Medical Center, Toms River.  Born in Long Island, she resided in both Bordentown and Whiting.  She retired as an inspector from Monsanto and was a former member of St. Mary's Church in Bordentown.  Helen loved to spend time with her grandchildren and go to their sporting events.  She also enjoyed shopping and going to yard sales.

Daughter of the late August and Bertha Falkowski and sister of the late Irene (Bart) Townsend, Virginia (Henry) Cox, AJ ""Bob"" Falkowski and Evelyn (Rob) Cummins; she was predeceased by her husband, Edward Gola.  Helen is survived by her children, Ted and Cindy Gola and John and Kathleen Gola; her grandchildren, Ted, Tim, Jason and his wife Audrey, Jared and Kristie Gola; her great grandson, A.J. Gola; her sister-in-law, Frances Falkowski as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held 11am on Thursday, August 15 ^th at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown.  The Rev. Michael Burns will officiate.  Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.  Friends may call from 9 am until the time of service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Helen's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
