Gloria DePinto (D’Amico) went to be with Jesus on April 19, 2026. Born in Engelwood, New Jersey on January 26, 1936 the daughter of Alfonso D’Amico and Marianna Santorella D’Amico, she spent her early years on the family farm in Closter, New Jersey before moving to Perrineville with her father, sister and several brothers. She lived most of her life residing in Imlaystown before moving to Whiting for a short period and eventually Cream Ridge.
She is survived by son Salvatore DePinto; daughter-in-law, Nancy DePinto; daughter, Theresa Tucker; son-in-law, Terry Tucker; grandchildren, Jennifer Ettenger (Michael), Bernadette Lafferty (Shaun), Dustin DePinto (Laura), Anthony Tucker (Nina Borras girlfriend) and Erika Tucker-Feinroth (Robert): great-grandchildren, Dean Lafferty, Colton Lafferty, Logan Feinroth and Scott Feinroth; sister-in-law , Estelle D’Amico; brother-in-law, Roger Brock; sister-in-law, Carol D’Amico and many nieces and nephews from the D’Amico and DePinto families.
She is predeceased by her parents; a son, Anthony DePinto; siblings, Dominick D’Amico (Martha), Jimmy D’Amico (Millie), Nicholas D’Amico (Madeline), Mario D’Amico (Ella), Gennaro D’Amico (Catherine), Philomina (Dolly) Arcella (Raymond), Alfonso D’Amico, Mary Ann Brock and Frank D’Amico; sisters-in-law, Isabelle D’Amico, Alice D’Amico and Ruth D’Amico; brothers and sister-in-law; Dominick and Anna DePinto, Corrado and Margherita DePinto and Mauro and Louisa DePinto and brother-in-law Cosmo DePinto.
Gloria was devoted to her religion and her family. She enjoyed listening to songbirds. She was a Yankee and Notre Dame football fan. She loved watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren play sports. She loved watching children and was a nanny to over ten children throughout the years.
A viewing shall be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, Friday, April 24, 2026 at the Parish of St. Isidore the Farmer, 28 Monmouth Road, New Egypt, NJ, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment services to be private.
