Geraldine Meli Pierce passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Samaritan Impatient Hospice Center at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Mt. Holly. Born in Beverly, Geraldine resided in Roebling for the last 20 years and was a past employee of A& P Markets.

Daughter of the late Salvatore and Sebastiana Meli, sister of the late Josephine Nagy, Samuel and John Meli and wife of the late Harry L. Pierce; she is survived by her daughter, Geraldine Clyde of Roebling; a sister-in-law, Anna Meli of Riverside; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as many dear friends. Geraldine was dearly loved and will be missed by all.

Funeral Services will be 8 pm Monday, March 1st, at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. Friends may call Monday evening 7 to 9 pm and again 10 am to 11 am Tuesday morning at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Marlton, NJ 08053, to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016 or to the Monastery of St. Clare, 150 White Pine Road, Chesterfield, NJ 08515.
