George L. Johnson, 82, of Hamilton, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Serenity Hospice in Hamilton. Born in Allentown, he grew up in New Sharon and resided in Hamilton for many years. George retired from RCA (Martin Mariett) and later owned G and G Music in Columbus for a short time. He loved music and was a talented guitarist.

Son of the late George N. Johnson and Rosalie K. Johnson, he was predeceased by his daughter-in-law, Anne Marie Johnson. George is survived by his son, George R. Johnson; his grandson, Brian A. Johnson; his sister, Bonnie Lee Beechwood Morgan; his close friends, Josephine and Nicole Soodul; his former wife, Nancy Havens Jenzen of California as well as a niece and two nephews.

Services will be private under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.
